SPECIAL CLEANING w. OZONE & DISINFECTANT SPRAY IN EFFECT. Cozy Mobile home on more than half an acre of land near Macks Inn Resort and 23 miles from West Yellowstone. 2 bedrooms + 1 detached bedroom. Enjoy fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking, horse back riding, 4-wheeling, & Yellowstone. Walking distance to Snake River & great fly fishing, hiking trails, restaurants. Amenities include WiFi, BBQ, stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, washer/dryer, smart TV, & DVD player. Tranquil area.

The space

SPECIAL CLEANING w. OZONE and DISINFECTANT SPRAY IN EFFECT.
This mobile home is equipped with an Ozone machine (we will provide instructions to the guests and call you or meet with you to ensure proper operations). We also ozonate the homes prior to your arrival to ensure no viruses or bacteria are present in the air. However, you can also use the Ozone machine to disinfect the home when you leave the home so it is super clean prior to your arrival. Our cleaners are also using medical strength disinfectants to spray all surfaces prior to your arrival. Please look at our reviews for other other properties and this one. As you can notice we have always provided one of the cleanest facilities for the guests and we are now taking the extra steps to ensure COVID-19 doesn’t affect our guests.

The main area is 600 sqft and is a mobile home. You have two bedrooms, a detached small bedroom that is also 200 sqft (10 feet from the property), a bathroom, kitchen and living area.

1. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. There is a bunkbed in the second room. There is a sofa bed in the living area that turns into a double and is very comfortable. There is a separate bedroom detached from the main home that includes a queen bed and a single/twin bed (10 feet away).

2. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker as well as utensils, cups, plates, pots & pans and a lot of extras: coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, flour, dry cereal, oatmeal, popcorn, condiments, etc.

3. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub. There are plenty of extra towels, shower gel, shampoo, Q-tips, body lotion, toothpaste and many other toiletries.

4. There is a big screen SMART tv in the living room so you can sign in with your netflix or other accounts to watch tv, or enjoy some of the documentaries and dvd’s that we have provided.

5. There is a BBQ and a large porch with a picnic table to enjoy the outdoors.

6. In the middle of the field there is a fire pit to enjoy an evening around the fire. There are folding chairs inside the cabinet in the kitchen. We provide marshmallows and graham crackers for s’mores. Please practice fire safety if you are going to have a campfire.

7. We welcome families with children and have provided a portable crib, blankets, children’s toys, videos and books, baby shampoo and lotion, plastic plates, cups and utensils to make your stay more comfortable when traveling with kids!

8. Our cleaning service will take care of garbage removal and all cleanings. So we will NOT be asking you to take your garbage to the landfill, and we will NOT ask you to clean all the sheets and towels or take them off the beds before you leave. Our main goal is for you to have all the time to enjoy your vacation! Please note that Island Park Landfill is very busy during the summers. However, we collect your garage unlike many other rentals which saves a great deal of hassle.

Guest access

You have access to the whole house and no one else is on the property. The door has a keyless entry so you only need to enter the code to enter the property. We will provide you with the code a day or two before your arrival but please message us if you need the code earlier. Check in is by 3 PM and check out is by 11:00 AM.
