The space

Step into the warmth of our inviting cabin, where adventure and relaxation await. The lower level is a haven for fun, featuring a fully stocked game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and ping pong. Nearby, you’ll find a bar, mini fridge, and coffee bar—perfect for refreshments while you play. The highlight of the downstairs is the theater room, complete with a full projector for movie nights. Gather around the large table for cards and board games, and enjoy the convenience of a bathroom and laundry room on this level.

Upstairs, a spacious kitchen and dining area provide everything you need for home-cooked meals, with both charcoal and Camp Chef grills ready for outdoor cooking. Unwind in the cozy living room by the fireplace, where you can watch your favorite movie while taking in breathtaking treetop views. The upper level also features a full closet and bathroom.

For sleeping arrangements, the open loft space offers a king bed and two handcrafted queen beds, made from wood sourced from Yellowstone—adding a touch of rustic charm.

Other things to note

This house cannot accommodate trailers at the property but you can park at the designated spot for the subdivision which is at the corner of Red Rock Road and Highway 20 and you can ride your snowmobiles to the property. They cannot be parked inside the property.

You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.
