About this space

(No Tenting without an RV allowed) (Only ONE RV is allowed). Why stay in a crowded RV park when you can enjoy your own private 1.5 acre forested lot! This private RV lot has 50/30/20 amp power and water hookups and a fire pit for you to enjoy evenings around the campfire. Centrally located in Island Park, you will be close to rivers, lakes, hiking and recreational trails. Only 30 miles from West Yellowstone and the entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

The space

This private lot has a large circular driveway that makes it easy for you to drive through and park on the RV pad. The gravel RV pad can accommodate Class A, B and C motorhomes, fifth wheels and trailers up to 30′ long’. A 50/30/20 amp power outlet and water hookup is available. At this time there is no sewer connection, however Island Park and Ashton both have public dump stations. The shed and outhouse in the pictures are not accessible. A fire pit is available for you to enjoy, don’t forget the marshmallows!

We do not charge a cleaning fee, however guests will be responsible for cleaning the entire site before checkin out. If there is any trash left on the property you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee from your security deposit. Trash can be deposited at the Island Park Landfill. This is a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors and avoid loud noise and music past 9:00pm.

Guest access

You will have the entire lot to yourselves! The shed and outhouse in the pictures are not accessible.

Other things to note

There are wild animals in the area, and it’s common to see deer and moose wander through the neighborhood. While it’s very rare, there are the occasional bear sightings as well. Please be very careful with food storage. Food should be stored in bear-proof containers or kept inside a vehicle to discourage wild animals from investigating your space! This includes cooking stoves and grills as well, and anything else that might attract a curious animal to your site.

Trash should never be left outside while you are away from the campsite or at night. The Island Park landfill is only 3 miles away, at 3970 Yale Kilgore, Island Park. You can bring trash and recycling there – $3 minimum for trash, recycling is free! Please check online for opening hours. Guests are responsible for taking all trash with them at the end of your stay.
