No neighbors means blissful peace and quiet. Sit on the oversized deck or soak in the hot tub, and enjoy amazing views of the Teton mountain range and the Snake River Valley. You can watch and listen to the bald eagles and osprey as you enjoy the views of the Henry’s Fork and the surrounding area. This home has a 3600 square foot heated recreation room with a regulation size Pickleball court, corn hole game, spike ball game, basketball, ping pong and a kids’ bounce house. There is plenty of outdoor parking for ATV trailers, so bring your toys and ride the miles of ATV/ UTV and snowmobile trails in the immediate area. This property sits at the center of world famous fishing with the Henry’s Fork, Warm River, Teton River and Fall River all within less than 30 minutes. Ashton Reservoir is only 2.5 miles away, so bring your boat or tubes for a fun day on the water! Yellowstone National Park is a one hour drive, Jackson Hole, Wyoming is a one hour drive, and Yellowstone Bear World is a 45 minute drive, so come prepared to visit some world-famous locations, whether you enjoy hiking, fishing, skiing or boating!

Self check-in with a coded lock. Let yourself in at your convenience after your scheduled arrival time.
This home requires 4-wheel drive during the winter months. The roads are well maintained with approx 1/4 mile of gravel road. Winter storms could mean a delayed arrival or departure. This is very rare, but could happen during a large storm.
