Beautiful knotty-pine cabin with 2 floors, 3 bedrooms (3rd room is a loft) close to Yellowstone (only 30 miles, 35 minutes). Cabin has all the amenities you need. You have access to a fire pit & two different deck areas for BBQing & enjoying the outdoors. The front porch is covered. Inside you have many amenities to entertain your group, including High Chair, pack-n-play, crock pot, rice maker two smart TVs, games, Kids books, etc. As a superhost, we are committed make your vacation amazing.

The space

During the summers you can ATV right from the property. During the winters, you are located right on the snowmobile trails surrounding Island Park, providing you with the opportunity to sled right from the property to all the trails, including the ones to Two-Top, Mesa Falls, Sawtelle, and Lions Head.

We provide off-road tours to our guests at a discount rate that takes you to the top of many of the mountain ranges in the area. We also provide snowmobile rentals and tours to our guests at a discounted rate.

The property has the following configuration:

1. There is a kitchen downstairs with every amenity needed.

2. There is a Dining/Living area, warmed by the stove/fireplace, large sectional, and great windows that provide lovely territorial views.

3. Bedroom configurations are as follows:

A. The private main bedroom on the first floor has a Queen bed with built-in Dresser drawers, auxiliary electric heat, and TV. This room is located downstairs with easy access for individuals with limited mobility.

B. The bathroom and full-size laundry is located on the first floor for easy use by everyone.

C. The second private bedroom, on the second floor, has a queen bed, rocking chair, dresser drawers, and nice views.

D. Third room, which is also located upstairs, is an open loft with three queen beds, rocking chair, and luggage stand.

The kitchen is fully equipped (standard gas range/oven, large fridge, full-size Bosch Dishwasher) and has most cooking basics with standard electric appliances. Among others, it includes a 12-cup Drip Coffee Maker, toaster, crockpot, electric skillet, rice maker, hand mixer, etc.

Other things to note

This house can accommodate small trailers below 10 feet. However, be aware that during winter months this area can get a very large amount of snow (1 foot in 24 hours which is exacerbated by drifts due to strong winds) in a short period of time and even though we do our absolute best to plow the roads the crews can be overwhelmed during such times. If you plan to bring trailers then bring them at your own risk. We do not guarantee we can accommodate such a large trailer during winter storms.

You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.
